What is your return policy for open products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used gels, polishes, or liquids. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Are your gel polishes compatible with other brands' LED/UV lamps?
While our products are designed for professional use with standard LED/UV lamps, we recommend using a 36W-48W lamp for optimal curing results across all our gel lines.
